The LiveWell Workshop is a 3 hr workshop that includes both the LiveWell Nutrition Seminar (including USANA Supplements & Nutritional products) presented by a Certified LiveWell Coach & the LiveWell Cooking Class presented by a Certified Natural Foods Chef & Founder of Nature’s Table Cooking School, Penni Royston. What will I learn in the LiveWell Nutrition Seminar? Whether you are prepared to make big changes in your eating habits, or just want to go from good to great, this seminar is for adults and teenagers who are ready to take control of their health and their lives! Whether you have diabetes, weight to lose, or a bicycle race you want to win, this seminar will give you the tools you need to achieve your goals and live with more vitality.
What will I learn in the LiveWell Cooking Class? Come and have some cooking fun in the LiveWell Cooking Class! Each student will learn how to prepare a healthy, delicious, low-glycemic meal using easy cooking techniques with foods found in the colorful bounty nature provides. Classes are a combination of hands-on and/or demonstration style presented by a certified chef that includes samples of all the food prepared in class.
What do I need to bring to class? Nothing! We will provide all equipment, aprons, food, and recipes. What should I wear? Be comfortable, however, closed toe shoes with rubber, non-slip soles are recommended. Kids Can Cook!

Cost: $60; limited to 12 spots This summer we will be cooking dishes made around the world from Mexico to Asia to the Caribbean. Don't miss out! Make your reservation today! We include a nutritional piece in every class/workshop which is unique to our cooking school. Every class includes hands on training from Chef Penni, samples of all the food prepared in class and a recipe and nutritional packet so you can recreate your favorite new dishes in your own home.
